The political architecture instituted after our independence by both political entities is beginning to lose its relevance. It has sunk so low that mouth piece of this construct, the gleaner and the observer are misleading our people to think that the removal of dudus and other politically affiliated garrison leaders will solve our problem. What is this political architecture that commissioner hardly lewin is talking about? Does it mean that powerful businesses interests want the game of splitting our people on tribal lines to continue? Is it to continue having Jamaica being a playing ground for the rich? Is it to continue the sexual/economic exploitation of the daughters and mothers of the poor in the hotel industry? Is it the continuing migration of our trained nurses to the hospitals of New York and Miami? Is it to have our economy subservient to the United States? Is it to allow our country to become the 54th state of the USA? Is it to keep having the minister of labor export our laborers to foreign land while giving away local jobs to foreigners and our finance minister as dumb as he is to borrow money to satisfy the three brokers that hold two hundred billions in repo securities? Is it to continue asking the workers for memorandum of understanding on holding wages down but not asking the business people of the same in reducing their profit margin? Is it to continue selling everything we own of value to foreign and local interest? Let us hear more from Mr.Lewin. The moral majority need to start being a part of this inevitable transformation of our country. The dudus crisis has lay bare the corrupt, Inefficient and undemocratic political system that Is design to protect the private sector.
