The Zacca report was done by Zacca himself on the Petro-Jam debacle for our government to provide recommendations on the way forward after the Holness Administration's desire to dismantle the petro-caribe arrangement with the Venezuelan government. Who is this guy Christopher Zacca? he is the president of Sagicor, one of the leading banks in Jamaica. Sagicor is also a leading investor in Jamalco whose interest is in the alumina refinery.  Our governance is taken over by corporate interests that seek only to make billions without regard to the livelihood of our people and the interest of our country. Fighting corruption is futile if the same people who are creating the environment for it is the same people who are profiting and advocating against it
