Mr. Holness, sensing the urgency of our people for full sovereignty has appointed Dr.Derrick Mckoy to head the Ministry of Legal and Constitutional affairs. Mr. Holness must be reminded that, unlike the corruption that has plagued his administration the issue of our impending new constitutional order will and must be created by the participation of our people, not the parliament of which he holds a majority.  The issue of the delinking from our colonial master expose also the culpability of our 60 yrs of experience, the implementation of tribal politics that only serve the interest of a few at the expense of the majority. Our people will have the opportunity to part of this historic moment.
