It brought great joy to Jamaicans at home and abroad to see us taking all three medals, a historic feat, to re-establish our credibility abroad, it was tarnish with our Prime Minister carrying out the wishes of the nazi-lover and white supremacist Donald Trump. It has been discussed among many black Jamaican intellectuals that given the opportunity our people could create the best living condition in Jamaica devoid of femicide and endemic poverty. Our women have done the impossible in elevating all black women all over the world in establishing a trend of success regardless of social conditions imposed on them. With the grace of Paul Bogle, the stamina of Garvey, and the tenacity of Nanny they brought glory to our small island.
