GOLDING WAS LYING ALL ALONG

The Jamaica Patriotic Movement calls for the removal of Bruce Golding from the leadership of our country immediately because of his constant betrayal of the trust of our people. He lied during the election, he lied when he announces that cataclysmic economic package on the Jamaican people during the Xmas festivity, he did not disclose that the private sector was fully on board that arrangement. Golding lack of principle dated when he left the National democratic movement in his quest for power which was heralded by the private sector organization of a new dawning for the Jamaica labor party. What Mr. Golding did not understand politically, is that opportunism is a temporary sweet victory but usually it end in defeat. Unlike the main stream media outlet in Jamaica we are also calling on the Jamaica labor party and the office of public prosecutor to investigate the party and expel all those who was part of this big lie and to also to investigate if the accusation against the United States was another lie.

If Mr. Golding was not lying on the dudus debacle then the United States must be held accountable. Jamaica must honor its obligation to signed international treaties; the extradition treaty with the United States is no exception. Both political parties should see this incident as an indictment on the political system that was install by our old colonial master and blessed by the new one, the United States of America. The political crisis emanate from the electoral arrangement endorse by both entrench political party to continue their rule indefinitely. Mr. Golding resigning will not solve our political, social, economic, and moral crisis the whole political architecture must be change. We need an independent judiciary, an independent electoral commission, an independent civil service commission and an independent police commission. Each of these entities must be given full authority by parliament with its own security apparatus to carry out its duty. Each head of this commission must be on the ballot box. The electoral commission must set the date, organize and execute all elections in Jamaica.

All Members of Parliament contesting any election in any constituency must reside within that constituency. All must be Jamaican nationals; any aspiring politician running for office with citizenship from another country must be barred from registering as a candidate. These are some of the issues that must be debated and instituted so as to democratize our society and remove it from the pangs of these corrupted politicians whose sole purpose is to sanction the policies of the private sector and their foreign masters.
