Andrew Holness campaigned on a promise of prosperity for all. He went further to tell our people that they will be able to sleep with
their doors open. What the Prime Minister did not comprehend is that building a mansion requires
expert tradesmen and women, running a country requires knowledge of economics, world affairs, understanding the need s of the majority of people and a character devoid of lies!!
The same fate that befell madam Portia Simpson will face Mr. Holness, both lack the will and love of country to
challenge the western impose economic, political and social construct. Mr. Holness doesn't understand that there is an
inverse relationship with passing the IMF test, meeting its pro-private sector objectives and the rise in murders, unemployment,
migration, corruption, and social decay. It is ironic that the IMF policies that they are praising have urgent issues warning on our
economy. In the IMF third review of the standby arrangement, they stated " Economic growth has been discouraging averaging
only 9% since the reforms began, entrenched structural obstacles include crime, bureaucratic processes, insufficient labor force skills,
and poor access to finance continues to hinder productivity and growth. Not addressing these bottlenecks could pose risks for
continued public support for the government's policy program" (IMF, 03/09/18 Third Jamaica review)
The IMF, the financial arm of the United States imperial design hypocritically tell the government to reduce the wage bill of
workers, reduce government entities that provide services to our majority black people, eg, medical care, to withdraw from participating
in the economy, let the private sector drive the economy. The IMF says we lack skilled workers; we do because low
wages are part of the IMF policies which drive migration. Mr. Holness changing of personnel is a smokescreen for a total failure of continued privatization of
our country; economic prostitution is the order of the day.
